The 2025 California Mid-State Fair is Off to the Races!

An Exhibitor and Parent Code of Conduct, which must be signed by the exhibitors ad Parent/Guardian and uploaded in Showorks, is required for entry! Exhibitors that do not submit a signed Code of Conduct will be ineligible to show at the 2025 fair.

A current YQCA Certificate is mandatory for entry. (Primary and PeeWee Showmanship exhibitors do not need to complete YQCA!)

The Water Survey is also required for entry, link can be found on our website. (Not required for Primary and PeeWee Exhibitors!)

NOTES

- Please check the competition handbook for rules, entry limits, correct divisions and classes before entering.

- Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity so “Save the Cart” if you plan on leaving the machine for more than 20 minutes.

- Entry fees MUST be paid on-line with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

- Please remember that all entry fees are non-refundable. Once you hit the submit payment button you cannot go back.
